Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Any queries with respect to return/exchange/refund must be notified on our customer care email: [email protected].
- In case of return/exchange, the product purchased must be unused and in its original packaging (with tags intact) accompanied by the proof of purchase.
- The shipping charges for the return/exchange package will be fully borne by the customer.
- In case of a return, a refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in its original condition.
- In case of a wrong/damaged product, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- The returned product will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet the criteria for return, the product will not be accepted and no amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please ensure you raise a request for return/exchange within 7 days of product delivery.

- Pet Beds: Not eligible for return. Eligible for exchange only in case you have received a damaged product.
- Customised items: None of the customised items is eligible for return or exchange
